CALLIE'S EPISODE REVIEW
FEBRUARY

Hayes/ Shaggy
Molly Shannon's last show as cast member of SNL started out with her usual characters, Sally O'Malley, Mary Katherine Gallagher, and the one-half of the fictitious NPR radio show, The Delicious Dish. In fact, I will miss Molly a lot and hope that she'll come back to host SNL in the near future.
I was glad that NBC's telecast of an XFL game ended just before the local news started because for the last two weeks, SNL was delayed due to XFL coverage. I wish that the peacock network would air the games in the daytime so that we East-coast viewers won't have to worry about delaying an episode of SNL in the future.
I am looking
forward to seeing Conan O'Brien host SNL on Mar. 10, but for now,
I'll have to watch this week's show with Katie Holmes hosting on
Feb. 24 and a rerun on Mar. 3. (The episode that'll air on Mar. 3
has yet to be
determined.)
Molly Shannon: Goodbye, farwell, amen. Good luck on your surging film career.
