There is a new rumor out that the very famous, Ms Cheri Oteri is coming back to host Saturday Night Live on March 10, 2001. I am not sure whether this rumor is true or not, but my guess would be to NOT count on it. She would make a great host though.
Well, the rumor is that Jennifer Lopez is supposed to host SNL on February 10, 2001. However, I cannot confirm this.
The latest SNL rumor is that impressionist Darrell Hammond who portrays Bill Clinton and Al Gore, will be leaving Saturday Night Live after this season is over on May 19, 2001. Is this fact or fiction??
Joel of SNL InfoMedia, told me that he was told by SNL expert, Sean Bradley, that Mariah Carey will be hosting SNL this season on February 10, 2001. Mariah will be a host and musical guest promoting her movie and soundtrack "All That Glitters." "Glitters" is due out in mid to late March of 2001.
According to the message boards at www.nbc.com/snl, SNL will be changing from late-night to primetime due to low ratings. I highly doubt that this is true, but I'm not sure!!! Does anyone know any further information??
RICKY MARTIN TO HOST??
According to an SNL news group, Ricky Martin may be the host and musical guest on November 11, 2000 for SNL. Now, I highly doubt that this is true, but if it is, do you agree to have another musician host SNL?
SNL AIRPORT SKETCH
When SNL premiered on October 7, 2000, they did a sketch after Weekend Update. Now, most people are saying that the sketch was very different and it was hard to figure out the comedy end of it. According to an SNL Newsgroup, SNL had lost the cue-cards for that sketch. Is this true or not?
PAUL SIMON TO HOST?
Paul.Simon.org is reporting that ten-time guest Paul Simon may be returning to host on November 4.
RADIO HEAD ON SNL?
On the website, www.greenplastic.com, it says that Radio Head will be the musical guest on SNL in October of 2000. Is this true or just rumor?
MOLLY SHANNON RETURNING TO SNL OR NOT?
In the Players section on the official Saturday Night Live web site, it says that Molly Shannon will be returing to SNL for her seventh season. So, obviously she will be staying. But then, on an SNL Message board, it says that Molly wants to leave the show. So, what is she going to do? We'll have to wait and find out for SNL's season premiere.

I think that this is a BIG lie because if you view the news section of this site, Cheri Oteri is leaving the cast! Also, there is no word from Molly Shannon if she will return or not!
TIM MEADOWS: HERE OR THERE?
Here's an interesting rumor I found. I read on a site that Tim Meadows is leaving SNL for good to join the cast of the NBC fall show The Michael Richard's Show. However, the site also said that Tim Meadows will return for a few episodes just to promote his new movie "The Ladies' Man" which hits theaters in October of 2000. Is this truth or tabloid? We'll have to wait and find out soon!
Do cast members Ana Gasteyer and Chris Parnell have a crush on eachother? Well, even ifthey do, it's too late, Ana Gasteyer is married. So, where does this 'rumor' come in, well, if you watch closely to every skit that Ana and Chris do together, they're always related and touching eachother. Also, at the end of one live show, when the host said his thank-you's, Ana was slow dancing with Chris to the upbeat music. Do Ana and Chris have something going on?
